New Immunization Alert

Immunization Alert- New Requirements for 7^th graders!! 

1. 2 doses of chickenpox vaccine (Varivax) OR history of the disease for ALL 7^th graders
2. If 11 years and older and a 7^th grader:
   

• One dose of meningococcal vaccine
• One dose of Tdap vaccine within the last 5 years
